Lettie grew up skiing in Vermont. Being a part of her high school race team was a formative experience for her and she has enjoyed skiing recreationally (with the occasional race sprinkled in) ever since. After careers in writing, communications, and organic farming, Lettie was excited to rejoin the nordic world as a Youth Rec coach for BBNT in 2018. In 2022 she became BBNT’s first Exective Director and enjoys the challenge of leading a non-profit organization.

Noah is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, and started skiing at a young age with MYSL. He spent much of his time racing at the high school level, and later, at the collegiate club level for St. Olaf College. After receiving his BA, he moved cross country to Boise to gain experience in a career of ecological sciences. If you don't see him up on the mountain, there is a great chance he is simply doing other activities, such as, mountain biking, fly fishing, and more.

Everett grew up in Snowmass Village, Colorado, skiing from a very young age. Over the course of his Elementary, Middle, and High School years he balanced his time between Nordic Skiing and Swimming and eventually decided to focus his goals on skiing. He competed for the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club during this time and competed at 3 Junior Nationals. This led Everett to attend the University of New Hampshire where he competed Division 1 for 4 seasons, completing both an Undergrad and Master’s degree and serving as Team Captain during the 23-24 season. Everett is passionate about many outdoor activities in his free time such as mountain biking, downhill skiing, and surfing. He looks forward to joining the BBNT coaching staff, getting to know all of the athletes during this upcoming season, and certainly having some fun along the way!
