Comp Team
what is comp?
BBNT’s Comp (competition) team is a year-round training and racing team.
The Comp team provides opportunities for local, regional, and potentially national and international racing for high school aged athletes (grades 9-12) interested in developing endurance and skiing technique.
During the summer Comp athletes will rollerski, run, and develop strength in the gym, with a focus on increasing strength and endurance.
In the fall, training will shift to a focus on power and racing preparedness.
In the winter BBNT Comp athletes have the opportunity to race at local Bogus Challenges and to travel to three Intermountain Division race weekends.
The BBNT Comp team is open to any high school aged athlete at any level of experience who is committed to their ski training and interested in developing their skills.
